Jingle Bells, Batman Smells, Robin flew away...

Dee dee dee dee dee dee dee etc. Christmas is coming! I am going in to my last week of work and I cannot wait to have a holiday. Turkey dinner, mince pies, crimbo cake and presents! I'm so excited!

Went out on the BLC Christmas dinner last night. Unfortunately, I had forgotten to recharge the camera so there are no pictures and there were some cracking photo moments! My flatmate Beth managed to fall over a few times before I got her into a taxi and sent her on her way. For the first time ever I managed to stay awake until the underground opened again at 6, so I got home at about 7, very naughty! I only suceeded in staying out since I stopped drinking at about 1am! Which meant that I got to giggle at everyone else in their drunken debauchery.

Christmas is coming

Courtesy of my Australian friend, Andrew, take a peek at this video and music ensemble. Proof that, as the festive season nears, some people have far too much time on their hands and rather large electricity bills.

Thanksgiving and Hairy Poofter

The internet has finally been fixed after about a week! I was beginning to get withdrawal.

I went out for Thanksgiving Dinner with some friends last Thursday to an American chain called Tony Roma's. Apparently they are famous for ribs, they did look good, unfortunately they don't seem to be too good at preparing turkey dinners for large numbers of people at the same time. The food was luke warm, the mash potato was instant mix shit ( mum you would have died right there in the restaurant had you seen it!) and the plates were filthy. However, in spite of it all, we all had a fab time proving that it really is the company of good friends that counts!

The following evening I went to see the new Harry Potter movie. Long awaited, especially since it came out a week later here than in every other damn country on the planet! I was so excited I nearly wet my pants sat on the eleventh row of the cinema with my medium coke and pot of Haribo supermix. I really enjoyed it, not as good as the book, too much had been chopped out and I felt that a lot of it was too rushed but it was good to watch. Jaime, on the other hand, decided that it was the worst film he had ever seen. Take this with a pinch of salt though, it's what Jaime says about most films.
